Yugandhara Pratisthan, a part of Jankalyan has undertaken a resolution to fight against life threatening genetically inherited disease Thalesemia. For which a mega event was organized on Republic day 26th January, 2004 where in 1,111 women for first time donated their blood and were honored in presence of CM Mr. Narendra Modi.

Moreover a Short Film has been prepared to create awareness of blood donation in the community an the same has been demonstrated through multimedia presentation on 26th January - republic day at Chandibazar, Jamnagar.

That's not all we are also planning to carry out research on thalesemia and other blood related disorders, Prepare blood group directory which will have detailed information about 1,111 donators so that they can serve as a helping hand to thalesemic patients by providing blood to them.

Apart from this, the key-initiative taken by our organization need not be forgotten. All of them carrying a separate identity but yet clubbed with each other.
